C/ Z Quick Interchangeable Machine

C/Z quick interchangeable machine adopts a special structure. The rollers 

for C & Z are changed very quickly without dismantle any parts. One machine

can produce all specifications of C & Z purlins. Crimples are optional to increase

rigidity of purlins. Section C To Z purlin or Z To C Purlin changeable  only need 

Ten minutes and  C/Z width  can be adjustable Automatically by PLC.

A. DECOILER

 Decoiler is provided to load Raw material coil on it's arms

 & Hold the coil and also generates Drag tension in process.

B. FEEDING&LEVELLING APPLICATOR  

To guiding and levelling ,Feeder drive is used to index  & feed precise length of 

Coil stock to next, it pulls material from loop &stops at desired pitch.
